Sr. Flutter Flow Developer
Job Description
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex mobile and web apps using Flutter Flow.
- Architect scalable, reusable, and secure solutions integrating Flutter Flow with Firebase and third-party APIs.
- Build advanced workflows, custom functions, and widgets in Dart when Flutter Flow’s visual builder isn’t sufficient.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers,and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical architecture.
- Oversee end-to-end app lifecycle: planning, database design, development, testing, publishing, and post-release support.
- Drive code quality, performance optimization, and security compliance.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior/mid-level developers; conduct reviews and enforce standards.
- Stay updated with Flutter Flow ,Flutter Flow platform updates and Flutter ecosystem trends; recommend improvements.
- Manage app deployments to App Store and Google Play, ensuring smooth version releases.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in mobile app development.
- Strong expertise in Flutter Flow and Flutter/Dart.
- Hands-on experience with Firebase services (Firestore, Auth, Storage, Cloud Functions, Push Notifications).
- Deep understanding of state management, navigation patterns,and app lifecycle.
- Proficiency in REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, andOAuth-based integrations.
- Proven track record of deploying enterprise-grade apps to App Store and Play Store.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
