Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant

• Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions.
• Conduct client workshops, requirement gathering sessions, fit-gap analysis, and solution demonstrations.
• Configure and implement Business Central modules as per business requirements.
• Prepare functional documentation (BRD, FRD, FDD) and support UAT activities.
• Collaborate with the technical team for customizations, integrations, and issue resolution.
• Provide user training and post-go-live support.
• Ensure successful project delivery within defined timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of ERP Functional Consulting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Expertise in the following modules
   
  • Finance
  • Project Management
 
• Extensive experience in end-to-end Business Central implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of business process analysis, solution design, configuration, and testing.
• Excellent client handling and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent presentation and solution demonstration skills.
• Proven experience in independently handling and delivering end-to-end Business Central implementation projects.
• Experience in leading and mentoring a team of 5+ members.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
