Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite, including ERP, CRM, Power Platform, and cloud-based business applications
- Generate qualified leads through networking, outbound strategies, partnerships, and referrals
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Develop strategic sales plans for target industries and enterprise accounts
- Understand client business challenges and position services and products effectively
- Ability to conduct product presentations, demos, and value-based solution discussions
- Developing and managing complex sales strategies, including forecasting potential revenue streams
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to create customized proposals
- Manage RFPs, RFQs, negotiations, and contract closures
- Build long-term client relationships for upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Stay updated on Microsoft product offerings, licensing models, and implementation trends
- Monitor competitors, industry trends, and customer requirements
- Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and lead nurturing initiatives
Competency
- +5 years of experience in sales of enterprise software
- Proficiency in MS Office (PPT, Word, Excel, and Visio)
- Excellent communication, selling, and negotiation skill
- Ability to manage conversation at CXO level and relationship management
- Lead generation and pipeline management
- Proposal creation and commercial negotiation
- Enterprise account management
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of the complete sales cycle, preferably with customer service experience
- Prior experience in software sales like ERP, CRM, SAP, Dropbox, etc
