Power Platform Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps) to meet business requirements.
• Integrate Power Apps with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, and other data sources.
• Create Power Automate (Flow) workflows to automate business processes.
• Collaborate with Dynamics 365 functional and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing Power Platform solutions, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and provide ongoing support.
• Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and user manuals.
• Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform and Dynamics 365 features and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1 year of hands-on experience in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI preferred).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM modules.
• Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, and Azure connectors.
• Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and JSON (for Dynamics 365 customization).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with Power Pages or Power Virtual Agents.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 customization using plugins or workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile / DevOps practices.
• Microsoft Certification in Power Platform or Dynamics 365 (PL-100, PL-200, etc.).
