IT Apprentice
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end users
- Assist in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software
- Support user account management and access provisioning
- Help maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Assist in monitoring system performance and resolving basic issues
- Support network and security-related tasks under supervision
- Provide general administrative support to the IT team
Eligibility Criteria:
- BCA/B.Tech/B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science) or equivalent (completed or in final semester)
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Familiarity with Windows OS and MS Office
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in the IT domain
