Digital Marketing Associate
Key Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day digital marketing activities across LinkedIn, website, email campaigns, and internal initiatives
- Create and edit marketing creatives using Canva (social posts, banners, event creatives, one‑pagers)
- Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts, especially for LinkedIn (B2B focus)
- Use AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, design/content AI tools) to:
- Improve writing quality
- Generate draft content ideas
- Speed up design and content workflows
- Support basic website content updates and coordination with design/tech teams
- Track campaign activities and maintain content calendars
- Coordinate with sales, consulting, and leadership teams for content inputs and approvals
- Assist in event marketing (webinars, CXO sessions, offline events) with creatives, invites, and follow‑ups
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0-6 Months of experience in digital marketing
- Basic to good working knowledge of:
- Canva (must‑have)
- Microsoft Word & PowerPoint
- Social media platforms
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and marketing support
- Good written communication and basic storytelling skills
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to learn enterprise technology and ERP‑related concepts
