D365 F&O Functional Consultant – Finance & Supply Chain Management
Key Responsibilities
- Work as a Functional Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
- Gather business requirements, conduct Fit-Gap analysis, and translate requirements into functional solutions.
- Configure, implement, test, and support Finance & Supply Chain Management modules.
- Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, process documentation, and support UAT.
- Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and issue resolution.
- Provide functional support for implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
- Work with Dynamics 365 Lifecycle Services (LCS) throughout project activities.
- Interact with clients/business users and provide effective functional solutions.
Required Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in D365 F&O.
- Strong functional expertise in Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- Good knowledge of Procurement, Inventory, Sales & Marketing, Warehouse Management, GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets.
- Experience with India Localization is preferred.
- Advanced Warehouse Management knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Project Management & Accounting / Commerce/Retail is a plus.
- Experience in D365 F&O implementation/support projects and client interaction.
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team and manage multiple priorities.
