Associate – Project Management
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing projects as per defined timelines
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, HR, finance, etc.)
- Track project progress and update status reports
- Schedule meetings, prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and follow up on action items
- Maintain project documentation and trackers
- Identify risks/issues and escalate to senior team members
- Support resource allocation and task tracking
- Ensure adherence to project processes and standards
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of project management concepts
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to tools like MS Project, Azure DevOps or similar
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology (basic level)
Qualification
- MBA / BBA / B.Tech or relevant degree
- Certification in project management (preferred)
